Delete your Digischool account

In the app: open Settings (the gear icon) → Delete my account, enter your password and confirm. The deletion happens immediately.

Without the app: ask your school's administration to delete your account; they can do it from the school dashboard.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and password.
• Your notifications, registered devices and active sessions.
• For parents: the links between your account and your children.

What is kept

School records that belong to the school — for example announcements, marks, attendance and messages already sent in a conversation — stay with the school, no longer linked to your name. The school can remove these records on request.

School administrator accounts are removed by the platform from the dashboard.
